Dashboard guide

Signing in

Visit /dashboard and click "Sign in with Discord". Only servers where you have Manage Server or Administrator will appear.

Setup wizard

Guided steps: confirm the bot is installed, set server prefix/language, pick a log channel, configure welcome and leveling, tickets, and economy multiplier. Open from the dashboard header or /dashboard/setup?guildId=….

All dashboard sections

• Server

  Prefix, unknown-prefix hints, and bot reply language.

• Commands

  Enable or disable slash commands per server — whole commands or subcommands (e.g. /grind dig, /mod warn). Prefix aliases respect the same toggles.

• Moderation

  Log channel, automod, escalation, anti-raid, and which events get posted.

• Welcome

  Join messages, goodbye messages, cards, and autoroles.

• Community

  Member counters, counting channel, starboard, reaction roles, social alerts (Twitch/YouTube), free-game deal alerts, birthdays, and confessions.

• Leveling

  Activity XP, voice XP, level-up channel/message, rank card background (premium), leaderboard period.

• Role rewards

  Auto-grant Discord roles on level-up or economy job apply.

• Economy

  Server payout multiplier (max 1.25×) for daily and /feed in this server.

• Tickets

  Support roles, category, log channel, escalation, panel emojis, deploy panel button.

• Extras

  Server layout template and custom prefix commands.

• Mod cases

  Browse warn/ban/kick/timeout history from /mod — not the live log channel.

  Blood Analytics: 7-day free / 90-day premium, retention, top commands, peak hours chart, CSV export (premium).

Blood Premium

/pricing shows monthly (£4.99), yearly (£29.99), and lifetime (£79.99) plans, with a 7-day trial on first dashboard setup. Checkout attaches premium to the selected guild. Stripe webhooks update the bot via the billing API. Premium unlocks 90-day analytics with CSV export, custom rank backgrounds, custom log templates and branding, unlimited custom commands/social alerts, higher reaction-role and deal-platform limits, and advanced anti-raid — never coin pay-to-win.

Public pages

/u/[userId] shows public profiles and rank cards. /leaderboard/[guildId] lists coins, XP, or coven war standings. /community can show live coven war when NEXT_PUBLIC_DEMO_GUILD_ID is set.

Community features

• Live member counters

  Locked voice channels that rename on a schedule. Choose Boosters (members) for Nitro booster headcount, or Server boosts (total) for the server boost level count. Removing a counter deletes its Discord channel and clears it from config.

• Counting channel

  Sequential counting with optional same-user blocking. When blocking is on, the bot needs Manage Messages in that channel to delete duplicate counts.

• Ticket transcripts

  Manual save from Discord or opt-in Auto-save transcript on close in Tickets (off by default). Text and Discord CDN URLs are stored; images stream through the dashboard proxy when viewing — not archived on the bot.

Channel and role pickers

When Noctra is in your server, the dashboard loads channels and roles from the bot and shows dropdowns instead of raw IDs. Use "Advanced ID paste" if a resource was deleted. Saving validates IDs server-side.

Preview mode

Without NOCTRA_BOT_API_URL and NOCTRA_DASHBOARD_API_KEY, the dashboard runs in preview mode (local storage only).
